Arash Hasanzade

Arash has spent 17 years working in disability and community services — starting out as a support worker on the ground, then growing into team leadership and program and plan management. That path shaped the way he leads today: he has done the work himself, so he knows exactly what quality support should feel like, both for the person receiving it and the worker delivering it.

He founded Valencea to bring that experience into a business he could run with real oversight — hands-on, detail-focused and personally involved, rather than support delivered at arm's length. Every day, alongside his wife and co-founder Sunny, he manages and trains the team directly, passing on what years in the field have taught him about doing this work properly.

What drives Arash is simple: he genuinely loves helping people, and he pays close attention to the details that matter — because at the end of the day, what matters most to him is that every client feels supported, respected and genuinely happy with their care.
