Sunny brings 4 years of hands-on experience in disability support, and a warmth that's hard to miss the moment you meet her. She genuinely loves spending time with clients — whether that's teaching cooking, baking, or crochet, she finds real joy in sitting down, working alongside people, and watching their confidence grow session by session.

Alongside her care work, Sunny also brings strong experience in accounting and financial management, and she loves passing that knowledge on — helping clients understand and manage their own plans and finances with more confidence, not just receiving a service but building a skill.

Together with Arash, Sunny co-founded Valencea because they both share the same love for this work. She treats every client like family — with patience, quality, and attention that never feels rushed — and that's exactly the standard she manages the team to every day.
