Valencea is an unregistered NDIS provider, so we cannot work with NDIA-managed plans. We are also not currently able to take on participants with complex behaviours or high nursing or clinical care needs. If you are unsure where your situation sits, call and we will tell you honestly.

Typically within two to five business days, depending on your needs and worker availability.
Free plan consultation
You can ask us anything about your NDIS plan free of charge, including how your funding categories work and what they can realistically be used for. You do not have to become a client to ask.
Support in your language
Our team is multilingual. Depending on availability we may be able to match you with a worker who speaks English, Persian, Arabic, Turkish, Korean or Chinese. We cannot guarantee a match, but we will tell you what is realistically possible.

- How quickly can support start in Western Sydney?
- We answer every enquiry within 24 hours during our operating hours. Support usually begins within two to five business days after that, depending on your needs and worker availability.
- Do you charge travel between suburbs?
- Travel is charged within the applicable NDIS Pricing Arrangements and Price Limits. We will explain exactly what will be charged before support begins, so nothing is a surprise.
- Can I choose my support worker?
- Yes. We arrange a free Meet and Greet first so you can decide whether the worker is the right fit before committing to anything.
- What if my suburb is not on the list?
- Ask anyway. Nearby suburbs are considered case by case, and it depends on which workers are available in that direction.
