We support participants to take part in the community activities that matter to them, whether that's joining a local group, attending appointments, or trying something completely new. Our support workers come along for the moment, not to take it over.

Over time, community participation builds real independence and real relationships — the kind that exist outside a support plan, in the life you're actually living.
