Call 000 immediately for Police, Fire or Ambulance. Do this before contacting Valencea.
After-Hours Support
Existing participants can reach our after-hours support line on +61 494 789 533 for urgent, non-life-threatening support concerns outside business hours.
What Counts as an Emergency
- Immediate risk to health or safety
- A support worker not arriving with no contact for a scheduled critical support
- A serious incident involving a participant
Non-Urgent Concerns
For anything that isn't urgent, please contact us during business hours (Mon–Fri, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM) so we can give it the attention it deserves.
Reporting to the NDIS Commission
Serious incidents can also be reported directly to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission on 1800 035 544.
