Getting Out and Connected Around Western Sydney

Getting out into the world shouldn't feel like a project. Whether it's a weekly class, a local market, or just a walk somewhere new, we're there to make it easy — and to make it something you actually look forward to.

For a lot of people we support, the hardest part isn't the activity itself, it's working up the confidence to go. That's where we come in — not pushing, just walking alongside until you feel ready to lead the way yourself.

Over time, we've watched people go from needing someone by their side at every outing to inviting us along just for the company. That shift — from support to friendship — is what this service is really about.

We support community participation across Sydney, including Western Sydney and South-Western Sydney — visit our Locations page to check coverage in your area.
