Choice and Control
You have the right to choose the supports and providers that work for you, and to change your mind at any time.
Safety and Quality Support
You have the right to receive safe, high-quality support from trained, screened staff who treat you with respect.
Privacy and Dignity
You have the right to have your personal information kept private, and to be treated with dignity in every interaction.
Being Heard
You have the right to express your views, be listened to, and have your feedback taken seriously — including making a complaint without fear of losing your supports.
Access to Information
You have the right to receive information about your supports in a way you understand, including Easy English, interpreters or other communication supports.
Advocacy
You have the right to access an independent advocate at any time, at no cost to you, to help you express your views or resolve an issue.
Freedom from Discrimination
You have the right to receive support free from discrimination, harassment or exploitation, regardless of your background, culture, gender or beliefs.
