NDIS Practice Standards
VALENCEA PTY LTD delivers supports in line with the NDIS Practice Standards and the expectations of the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission.
Our Commitment
We commit to person-centred, safe and respectful support for every participant, delivered by trained staff who are accountable to the standards set out across this Trust Centre.
Quality & Safety
Our supports are delivered under a quality management system covering staff training, supervision, incident management and continuous improvement, reviewed regularly against the NDIS Practice Standards.
Safeguarding
We actively safeguard the people we support from harm, neglect and exploitation, with clear reporting pathways, restrictive practices oversight, and a zero-tolerance approach to abuse.
Insurance
Valencea holds current professional indemnity and public liability insurance, appropriate to the scope of supports we deliver. Certificates of currency are available on request.
Worker Screening
Every staff member completes an NDIS Worker Screening Check, and a Working with Children Check where relevant, before working with any participant — with ongoing re-checks in line with NDIS requirements.
Compliance
We are completing our NDIS provider registration, which includes an audit by an approved NDIS Commission auditor against the NDIS Practice Standards, and we report reportable incidents and complaints in line with NDIS requirements.
