What We Ask Consent For

Sharing information with other providers involved in your care
Using photos or stories for marketing (always optional)
Contacting your nominated next of kin or representative
Any use of your information beyond delivering your immediate supports

Supported Decision-Making

If you have a nominee, guardian or someone who supports your decision-making, we will make sure consent processes involve them appropriately, while always centring your own voice and wishes wherever possible.

Withdrawing Consent

You can withdraw or change your consent at any time by telling us directly. This will never affect your access to the core supports in your Service Agreement.
