In an Emergency

If you or someone else is in immediate danger, call 000 for police, fire or ambulance first.

What Happens Next

We will make sure you are safe, record what happened, and begin our incident response process. Depending on the nature of the incident, we may also be required to notify the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission — see our Incident Management Policy for details.

Reporting Directly to the NDIS Commission

You can also report a concern directly to the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission at any time, on 1800 035 544 or at ndiscommission.gov.au, without going through Valencea first.
