- How and when we will communicate with you
- Start date and review arrangements
- How to end the agreement
Flexibility
Your Service Agreement is built around your goals and can be adjusted as your needs change. We will always talk through any changes with you before they take effect.
Reviewing Your Agreement
We review Service Agreements regularly, and any time your NDIS plan changes, to make sure the supports in place still reflect what you need.
Ending an Agreement
You can end your Service Agreement with Valencea at any time. We ask for reasonable notice where possible so we can support a smooth transition, but your right to change providers is never restricted.
